As aMarketing Manager, Establish Parenteral Nutrition (PN) Solutions & Analytics,you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. What you'll be doing
1 in 3 hospitalized patients are at risk of disease related malnutrition. That’s why, each day, we strive to advance the case for nutrient intervention to improve healthcare outcomes, across all patient care settings. Baxter's Clinical Nutrition business in the US is a leader in Parenteral Nutrition (PN).
The Marketing Manager for Establish PN Solutions and Analytics is a strategic, analytical, and creative marketing professional responsible for the leadership and growth of the established PN portfolio, as well as for conducting business analytics for the overall Clinical Nutrition portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, and the ability to convert data into action. The team member will report directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing for US Clinical Nutrition and will be given every opportunity to grow their career at Baxter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implements marketing strategies for a large portfolio of established PN solutions, that align with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Proactively find opportunities by using various commercial analytics
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, such as sales reports, market research, and digital analytics tools, to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to sales performance, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness
- Perform ad hoc and deep dive analyses to uncover and understand market, product, customer, and competitive dynamics
- Determine and implement pricing strategies that optimize business performance
- Determine financial and product demand forecasts
- Drive delivery on competitive intelligence, business intelligence & reporting, critical metrics, dashboarding, brand performance measurements, and analytics
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage agency relationships and lead all aspects of the production of marketing materials and campaigns
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
- 5 plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry. Sales experience is a plus.
- Strategic mind-set and strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and campaigns to both internal and external partners
- Disciplined project management skills, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- Strong collaborative skills, working effectively with internal partners including clinical teams
- Native understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office suite
Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - 143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
