Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition or recruiting team within a complex, global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
• Experience developing and implementing innovative sourcing and assessment strategies that result in successful, high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent market dynamics, and employer branding.
• Expertise in recruiting technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and direct sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Experience navigating fast-paced, evolving environments and leading teams through change.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruitment professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% to strengthen stakeholder and team relationships.
