Role Summary:

  • Providing secretarial duties as well as support administrative and documentation to support commercial team (Oncology & Nutrition) to achieve team goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Grant tracking through PEGA system as Grant coordinator role.
  • Provide logistics support for events and field trip i.e., meeting/event management for commercial team and HCPs by making travel arrangements which including ticket, lodging, transportation, etc. and assure that all processes are aligned with Company’s interaction policy.
  • Consolidate data analysis, take control marketing/sales expense report, helping team monitor operational cost under budget.
  • Prepare drug/medical device documentation for Tender/Enlisting and ensure all needed documents (i.e. Drug/medical device registration. document/GMP/CPP/COA, etc.) are kept actively and upload to E-filing system.
  • Prepare drug/medical device quotation by coordinating with distributor to follow up and response to customers upon requests.
  • Manage conference calls/Telepresence and scheduling for required meetings through MS Outlook.
  • Provide support E-procurement by using skill of negotiation, sourcing and selecting proper suppliers to support PSM team as cost effectiveness and process invoices payments for finance aligning with company rules/policies.
  • Ordering and managing stock of promotional materials/gimmick for Med. Reps. and control promotional materials/gimmick supplies without short of stock at optimum cost.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree of any related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Pharma or Medical Device in sales and marketing administrative and documentation management experience.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) in both Thais and English
  • Application of digital tools to enable business.
  • MS O365 experience required with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements.
  • Planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Customer-service orientation.
  • Proactive and working well under pressure.
  • Quickness in understanding healthcare industries and dealing with a business situation in a manner to lead to a good outcome.
