Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated CLM Process Owner & Administrator to oversee and manage our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform within the Procurement COE. This role is not IT-focused but will serve as the business process owner, ensuring optimal utilization of Icertis to enhance procurement processes. The ideal candidate will own the platform's functionality, maintain data quality, support user adoption, and provide training and guidance to stakeholders.

Key Duties:

• Platform Ownership: Act as the primary business process owner for the CLM platform, ensuring it aligns with organizational procurement objectives.  Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures and training to streamline operations and adhere to regulatory requirements
• Administration: Oversee platform configuration, user access, and permissions in collaboration with IT as needed.  Responds effectively to inquiries regarding the operation and capabilities of the Contract Management System and contracting policies and procedures.  Follows-up with stakeholders to properly complete any required requests. 
• Monitoring and Compliance: Monitor data quality, system usage, and compliance with established processes; identify and address gaps proactively.  Develop KPIs to measure contractual risks, monitor them, develop actions plans to mitigate risks and follow-up with category teams to closure.

• Training and Support: Train stakeholders on system functionality and best practices, ensuring high adoption rates and effective usage.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve CLM-related processes, procedures and training systems and documentation for efficiency and alignment with procurement goals.

• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Icertis into organizational workflows.  Facilitate contract review board meetings for contract review and approvals.
• Template Management: Create, maintain, and optimize contract templates and workflows to meet diverse business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in a global environment with cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management, Contract tools (iCertis preferred) e-Procurement (Coupa, Ariba...) and ERP (JDE, SAP…) systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests and expectations. 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, problem solving, continuous improvement, corrective and preventative action.
