Title: Teamcenter Solutions Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Role Purpose: Support PLM solution delivery across Teamcenter and Oracle Agile PLM by implementing, configuring, integrating, validating, and continuously improving platforms that enable product data, change management, BOM management, and lifecycle processes.

Teamcenter Responsibilities

Teamcenter Solution Implementation & Configuration

• Implement, configure, and optimize Teamcenter solutions aligned with business processes and operational requirements.
• Configure and customize Teamcenter using BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Develop AWC user interface enhancements, custom extensions, and business process improvements.
• Support Teamcenter administration, security models, workflows, and product lifecycle management processes.

Teamcenter Integrations

• Develop and support integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications using SOA and related technologies.
• Support integrations with ERP, MES, ALM, MCAD, and ECAD systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise platforms.

Teamcenter Cloud & Modernization

• Participate in Teamcenter cloud deployment assessments and implementation activities on AWS and Azure platforms.
• Support Teamcenter modernization initiatives and PLM transformation programs.
• Support migration activities from Windchill and other legacy PLM platforms into Teamcenter.

Oracle Agile PLM Responsibilities

Agile PLM Solution Design & Development

• Design, develop, and customize Oracle Agile PLM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Perform feasibility analysis, process extension development, report design, and application enhancements.
• Develop solutions using Agile SDK, Java, JSP, and XML technologies.

Agile PLM Configuration & Administration

• Configure Agile PLM workflows, classes, attributes, page layouts, privileges, and routings.
• Support Agile PLM administration, maintenance, and system enhancements.
• Provide technical, functional, and administrative solutions to business stakeholders.

Agile PLM Quality Systems Support

• Support Agile PLM change management, BOM management, and product data management processes.
• Ensure system compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Agile PLM Global Support

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Deliver new functionality, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

Common Responsibilities (Teamcenter & Agile PLM)

Requirements Gathering & Solution Delivery

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.

Data Migration & Data Governance

• Support data migration, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities across PLM platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and integrity throughout migration and transformation initiatives.

Testing & Validation

• Prepare and maintain Unit Test, SIT, UAT, and system test scripts and documentation.
• Execute unit testing, integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Develop, review, and maintain validation deliverables, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Protocols.
• Support validation execution and deployment readiness activities.

Documentation

• Create and maintain functional specifications, technical specifications, design documents, implementation reports, validation documentation, and support or knowledge base documentation.

Application Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for PLM applications.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues and coordinate resolutions with business and technical teams.
• Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and continuous improvement programs.
• Contribute to operational excellence, system reliability, and user satisfaction across the PLM landscape.

Representative Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter configuration, customization, integrations, Active Workspace enhancements, and administration.
• Experience with Oracle Agile PLM configuration, SDK-based development, workflow administration, reporting, and production support.
• Working knowledge of PLM data migration, validation deliverables, system testing, and regulated application support practices.
• Technical skills may include BMIDE, ITK, RAC, SOA, AWC, Agile SDK, Java, JSP, XML, and related enterprise integration technologies.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Teamcenter solutions.
• Familiarity with Teamcenter customization, UI enhancements, and configuration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++/.net, Java, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ITK (rule handler, action handler, extension, Utility) and RAC (GUI customization, calling SOA - custom and OOTB).
