Job Title: Analyst IT - Peripheral Apps

Job Summary:
The Analyst IT (ERP Peripheral apps) is responsible for maintaining multiple applications, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, BaxCDA, and AS400. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting solutions, providing project-level support, and assisting in patching and upgrading applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project and Support Work
  • Manage multiple applications across the globe, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, BaxCDA, and AS400
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Application Management
  • Efficiently manage tasks and projects with required information.
  • Implement system standards to lower support costs, simplify system support efforts, and keep systems up to date with dynamic requirements (security, patches, OS upgrades)
• Application Upgrades and Migration
  • Perform application upgrades.
  • Coordinate database upgrades and migration.
  • Perform application migration.
• Technology Optimization
  • Leverage technology to reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system standards and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and business analysts.
  • Participate in periodic reviews and provide updates on project progress.
• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Jenkins, Bitbucket, BaxCDA, and AS400.
  • Knowledge of system standards and best practices for application management.
• Soft Skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with limited information.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Design, or Software Engineering.
• 3+ years of industry experience in service development.
• Comfortable driving complex server & client architecture.
• Collaboration skills with the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Initiative-taking and customer-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coordinate concurrent projects and prioritize internal requests.
• A good collaborator, able to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.
