Extensive training will be provided, and the close-knit Manufacturing team environment allows employees to receive extra guidance from their direct manager and colleagues when necessary.

The shift time for the position is Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00 pm, however you will be responsible for covering vacations and off-shifts when required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Arrange all raw materials and work in process for filling lines, mixing, sub-assembly, and finished goods.
• Work closely with packing to ensure the packed product is wrapped, labeled, and delivered to shipping.
• Remove, scan, and store all finished goods from Packline#1, Packline#2, and PPB packing.
• Operate machine wrappers, label applicators, and certified forklifts.
• Print a picklist at the beginning of every single day and deliver required materials to cover the next shift.
• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure no lines run out of material.
• Deliver totes and gaylords to the WIP departments as required.
• Manage every part of the warehouse including racking, packing, and finished goods areas.

What You'll Bring

• Successful completion of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated good attendance and performance in the present position.
• Ability to collaborate with a team and work with little supervision.
• Effective communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer applications including EBR, JDE, and Kronos.
• Certified Reach and Counterbalance truck operation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Science.
• Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment.
• Logistics experience in shipping and receiving.
• 3+ years of related experience.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $30.30 an hour. You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
