Extensive training is provided, and the Manufacturing team offers a close-knit working environment where employees receive additional training from their manager and colleagues when necessary.
What You'll Be Doing
- Desempeñar operaciones de ensamblaje repetitivo a soluciones de droga intravenosa como por ejemplo: Sodium Chloride, Dextrosa de acuerdo al Bill of Materials, Blue Prints, Specs y SOPs siguiendo las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Documentación, Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiental. Se asegura de que el producto tenga todos sus componentes. Inspecciona el producto en todas las etapas de manufactura.
- El empleado deberá interactuar y rotar en cada área de trabajo asignada con el debido adiestramiento según los procesos de Baxter.
- Verificar que las piezas a usarse sean las apropiadas y que estén en buenas condiciones.
- Llenar cada bolsa de IV con la solución especificada según establecido en el SOP.
- Ensamblar el “enhance clousure” manualmente a las bolsas de IV según especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen.
- Suplir el material a la línea cuando sea necesario.
- Organizar todas las bolsas en la misma posición en la correa de producción.
- Inspeccionar cada bolsa plástica de IV para garantizar un 100% de calidad (cero defectos). (Ej. lote, código, impresión en general, numero de ‘batch’, partículas).
- Organizar todas las bolsas y cubrir con la sobre bolsa (‘over pouch’) según especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen.
- Sellar cada sobre bolsa (“over pouch”) con la maquina requerida por ejemplo: (DOBOY).
- Poner los “over pouch” en el ‘truck’ especificado según el patrón que aplica para el producto (aplica para SSL solamente).
- Examining each bag against a black and white background to identify any particles and segregate if necessary. Ensuring the product is defect-free.
- Empacar las unidades, sellar, pesar y paletizar cajas del producto final según especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen. (aplica para SSL solamente) Las tareas pueden variar según la operación del proceso de manufactura. La rotación entre operaciones es requerida.
- Mantener el área de trabajo organizada y limpia de acuerdo a los procedimientos de la operación.
- Informa cualquier condición insegura en el área de trabajo, así como cualquier desviación en el funcionamiento normal del equipo del área de trabajo.
- Adhere to company rules and EHS regulations, while also following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), or demonstrating equivalent experience.
- Responsable por las contínuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causasy tomar acciones correctivas.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma de Escuela Superior. Dos (2) años (o su equivalente) de estudios universitarios preferible.
- Español – Leer y Escribir.
- Conocimiento básico del idioma ingles (leído y hablado).
- Conocimientos básicos en computadoras.
- Conocimiento básicos de programas de computadora como MS Office.
- Poder entender y manejar interfaces de equipo y operador (“Man-Machine Interface”).
- Destreza en comprensión de lectura, buena redacción y documentación.
- Excelente comunicación y destrezas interpersonales.
- Disponible para trabajar horas extra cuando sea requerido.
- Capaz de manejar múltiples tareas al mismo tiempo.
- Orientado al trabajo en equipo.
- Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos. Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano. Acorde con la tarea de inspección visual, se requiere cumplir con los requerimientos visuales atados al análisis del “Physical Task Demand” (Demanda Física del Puesto). Requiere de buenas destrezas motoras.
- Ambiente de trabajo: Mientras se desempeña las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado estará expuesto a frio y potencialmente equipos y piso semi-mojado, también a partes mecánicas en movimiento y en algunas áreas con químicos.
- Equipo de seguridad: El incumbente debe de utilizar el equipo apropiado para poder cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos externos e internos. (Ej. Zapatos de seguridad, gafas, uniformes, ‘ear plugs’, entre otros).
