RESUMEN GENERAL(SUMMARY):

Responsable de verificar y cotejar que se cumplan con todos los requisitos de Calidad en los procesos de manufactura según las especificaciones, SOPs  y de acuerdo a las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Documentación (GDP)  y documentos aplicables vigentes..

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):

Hacer “Star Up” a cada máquina siguiendo especificaciones, procedimientos y “Blueprints” Llenar los checker charts

Realiza muestreo según Procedimientos y Especificaciones

Sanitizar la estación de inspección y cambiar el agua cada 2 horas y llenar el “log book”

Buscar el agua destilada a lavado. Hacer mezclas de solventes para los diferentes sub-ensamblajes.

Verificar las temperaturas de los hornos donde se ponen las muestras.

Documentar las mezclas que se prepara en el log book de solventes.

En coordinación con el “Group Leader y el Material Handler verificar los cambios de sub-ensamblajes.

Utilizar sistema electrónico (Xinco) y/o manual para la verificación de la documentación vigente.

Sanitizar equipos a usarse en muestreos. Participar en corridas de protocolos y validaciones Auditar los diferentes empaques y procesos

Dar disposición al material

Es responsable de entregarle al “Quality Tech” toda la documentación generada durante el turno de trabajo. para su revisión.

Documentar por medios manuales (ej. Checker Chart) y/o electrónicos (ej. en los módulos de  POMS que aplique) la  información requerida por especificaciones y procedimientos.

Esto incluye pero no se limita a  parámetros, lotes, producciones y otras.

Buscar materiales a utilizarse en el “Material Transfer Room”.

Cumplir en todo momento con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas Prácticas de Documentación (GDP) con las reglas de la compañía y regulaciones de EHS.

Responsable por las contínuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causas y tomar acciones correctivas.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos.  Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano.

Acorde con la tarea de inspección visual, se requiere cumplir con los requerimientos visuales atados al análisis del “Physical Task Demand” ( Demanda Física del Puesto).  Requiere de buenas destrezas motoras.

EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):

Diploma de cuarto año. 

Preferible - Experiencia en manufactura, mínimo de (2) dos años en Calidad o áreas relacionadas.

CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):

Conocimiento básico en computadoras, especificaciones y procedimientos gráficos de control certificación de TIQ, uso de equipo de medición.  Comunicación efectiva con el personal. Destreza en comprensión de lectura y buena redacción y documentación. Excelente  comunicación y destrezas interpersonales

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Buena comunicación, saber leer e interpretar Inglés.
