Software Engineering
This is where you can design, build, maintain, and test applications to improve patient outcomes and patient safety. As a software engineer at Baxter, your work contributes directly to making a significant impact on others.
Project/Program Management
Your organizational skills are valued as a project or program manager. Here, you are responsible for program definition, leadership and communication across a portfolio of product development, sustaining, or improvement projects in the R&D space.
Research
Your curiosity and appreciation for the sciences make you a research star. In this role, you can participate in a variety of projects by conducting testing, designing experiments, developing, evaluating, validating and/or transferring analytical methods independently.
Engineering
As an engineer, you will display engineering principles to resolve difficult problems, from conception to final design with team input. You may investigate, analyze, and develop solutions for complex technical problems.
Technician
Technicians manage and coordinate routine activities for the documentation center/batch release team for a given manufacturing cell. Your skills assure the safety and quality of the products, processes, and systems.
