This Program offers students and fresh graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in many areas.

Join us at our Warsaw Office in the vibrant Powiśle district, located in the heart of Warsaw, and embark on a ground-breaking journey that can shape your future!

What will be your daily tasks?

You will work closely with experienced professionals in their respective teams, assisting with various processes and projects. The Program will provide exposure to different areas, enabling you to gain a comprehensive understanding of different operations.

The teams involved are:

• C2C (Credit to Cash): Discover the intricacies of managing customer credit, collections, and accounts receivable, enhancing your skills in maintaining healthy financial relationships. Our C2C team in Warsaw covers Accounts Receivable, Credit, Billing Control, and Customer Data Management.

• Commercial Excellence: Gain experience in sales and marketing support activities, contributing to the development and implementation of effective business strategies. Our CommEx team in Warsaw covers Data Analytics, Data Governance, Incentives & CRM, and Pricing.

• BBS Management Team Support provides comprehensive assistance to management teams within the organization. Our team prepares communication materials, manages daily office activities, places office supplies orders, and facilitates communication between teams and stakeholders. We aim to be proactive, responsive, and flexible in our approach, and we strive to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. Our goal is to help management teams optimize their performance, increase efficiency, and drive business success.

Skills and attributes for success

• Students or fresh graduates with a background in financial, economics, business, marketing studies or linguistics/philology are preferred.

• Full proficiency in English is essential, fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch or Nordic languages will be an asset.

• Very good analytical skills combined with excellent technical skills in SQL and Tableau / MS Office Applications (VBA, Excel, Power-pivot, PowerPoint) will be a huge advantage.

• All applicants must have a valid student status and be below 26 years old.

• Note: The BBS Early Career Program is available for candidates who reside in Warsaw and are able to work onsite.
