Are you an upbeat, motivated professional passionate about making a difference? Join Baxter as a Warehouse Supplier Specialist (temporary position), where you will lead the end-to-end process with suppliers, ensuring efficiency and excellence.

What are your responsibilities?

• Be a phenomenal partner with external and internal suppliers
• Negotiate terms and conditions with external suppliers
• Prepare contracts in compliance with internal policies
• Handle invoice management
• Lead all aspects of direct purchases
• Control stock of auxiliary materials in the warehouse
• Prepare and file quality and EHS forms
• Analyze and implement improvement projects
• Design and implement supply strategies
• Champion a culture of long-term savings
• Control spending and assist in budget analysis

We are presently seeking people who are/have:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Analytical, technologically, and digitally savvy
• Strong collaboration capabilities
• Ability to influence and communicate optimally in customer/supplier relationships
• Strong decision-making and responsibility-taking skills
