SUMMARY

De belangrijkste taak van de medewerker van het kalibratiecentrum is het kalibreren/assembleren van cassettes voor de Proud/Litrea verpakkingsmachine. Om cassettes te kalibreren zijn medicatiemonsters nodig. Als het medicijn niet op voorraad is, sturen klanten (apotheken) ze naar het kalibratiecentrum. Deze medicijnen moeten uit hun oorspronkelijke verpakking worden gehaald (Deblistered) waarna enkele monsters worden gemeten. De gegevens worden ingevoerd in een computersysteem.  Wanneer het medicijn op voorraad is, is het niet meer nodig om het medicijn te ontvangen en kunnen de opgeslagen meetwaarden worden gebruikt.

Op basis van de meetwaarden worden de cassetteonderdelen bepaald om de juiste cassette te bouwen. Nadat de cassette in elkaar is gezet, wordt deze getest met de ontvangen/opgeslagen medicatie. Als de cassette goed werkt, wordt er een kwaliteitscertificaat aangemaakt door de software en wordt de cassette gelabeld en naar de klant gestuurd. De medicijnen worden dan opgeslagen in een aparte ruimte. Medicijnen die onder de opiumverordening vallen, worden met speciale procedures behandeld.  De medewerker is er ook verantwoordelijk voor dat alle documentatie wordt aangemaakt, die tevens wordt gebruikt voor de facturering aan de klant.

Vanaf eind 2024 zal Baxter een CNC-machine gaan gebruiken om rotor van de cassette te produceren. De medewerker zal ook met de CNC-machine werken. De medewerker zal verder een back-up functie hebben voor de inkoop van hardware die gebruikt wordt door de Productivity Systems Division.

• Werken met de CNC-machine om cassette-rotors te produceren
• Backup voor Inkoop apparatuur/hardware t.b.v de Productivity Systems Divisie
