Your Role at Baxter
As a Customer Ops Support Specialist you will be responsible for the customer service aspects of SD/CS functionality and SD/CS Master Data maintenance. As a customer ops team member, you will also be responsible for order processing, error resolution, sales order auditing and reporting. Leveraging advanced SAP proficiency, this role works with a group in streamlining the order entry processes, collaborating with cross functional teams, and resolving escalated customer inquiries.
What you'll be doing
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders .
Utilize current business tools to help streamline order entry processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Create, release, maintain, and audit SAP SD/CS master data.
Assist in development and ongoing maintenance of SAP documentation and testing of new functionality.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting continuous improvement and a customercentric approach in order processing activities.
Conduct daily audits and correction of SAP documents to ensure smooth order to cash process.
Proactively identify recurring problems and make recommendations cross functionality for corrective actions.
Prepare of process business change request notifications in SAP in accordance with work instructions and internal team processes
What you'll bring
Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years experience in SAP system administration (preferable in SD/CS).
2+ years experience in a order processing or billing role
Strong proficiency in SAP and demonstrated ability to leverage its functionalities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of best practices as it relates to Order to Cash within SAP.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $52,800 - $72,600 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
