Position: Cluster Spare Parts Planner TISHIP & ANZ
Type: Permanent
Work Location: Toongabbie Office, Australia.
Reporting to Spare Parts Supply Chain Manager, TS APAC
Visa Condition: Must have valid working rights in Australia (Permanent Resident or Citizen)
Job Scope: in charge of ANZ and TISHIP
Responsible for service supply chain Spare Parts planning. Manage and Optimize Spare Parts inventory management with a profitable impact on Service Business. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, maximize profitability and service process performance in demand planning, purchasing, replenishment to Service Centers and Field Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Spare parts demand planning, procurement management (Supply order)
Support of local distribution center capacity planning and order fulfillment
Support integrates and full use of PROPHET global planning solution in region responsibility
Financial Inventory forecasting and budget
MRB calculation and provider to Finance Teams – inventory discards and monthly tracking of reserves
Support the improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, maximize profitability, and support dynamic changes in market conditions
Support global processes and end-to-end spare part management global programs
Requirements:
University degree or similar if related experience
At least 3 years of experience in Data management and systems, Supply chain, Inventory financials
Technical Service is a plus.
