Key Responsibilities

Support for Wholesaler Interactions

• Build and manage documents based on team policies to ensure flawless communication with wholesalers.
• Perform crucial tasks such as document management and purchasing to support our operations.

Sales Support Across Various Business Segments

• Coordinate the sales mailbox and ensure timely delivery of information to support the sales team.
• Lead the monthly rental billing process for the Pharma segment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate IntraMart functions, including case closing and periodical checks to maintain efficiency.
• Manage and update the Intra site to share accurate and timely information with the team.

JDE Operation

• Develop and maintain documents for recording customer information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Update and maintain wholesaler license information in JDE to align with regulatory standards.
• Manage the approval process for wholesaler payment term applications, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.

Internal Process Improvement

• Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance workload efficiencies and support our daring goals.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of working experience in a role within the sales or commercial operations field.
• Sophisticated PC skills, with confirmed proficiency in various software and tools vital for the role.
• Strong communication and execution abilities, enabling you to collaborate effectively with team members and collaborators.
• An optimistic approach dedicated to career growth and ongoing improvement.
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese; English proficiency is helpful.
