Join our dynamic team as an AP Specialist-Baxter Japan, playing a important role in maintaining our financial integrity and supporting our success in Japan. This opportunity allows you to work on impactful projects and establish a consistent record in a credible organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and process T&E payments with outstanding precision.
• Review and approve Vendor Master Data to ensure detailed records.
• Prepare and process payments, closely adhering to internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external audit teams to efficiently implement audit requirements.
• Handle document filing and voucher management meticulously.
• Handle third-party payments as a backup, ensuring all transactions are detailed handled.
• Act as a coordinator on behalf of the finance department with the commercial team in the Japan office, encouraging collaboration and outstanding partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of accounts payable related experience.
• Understanding of Japanese consumption tax system and tax deductible expenses over travel and entertainment expenses.
• Confirmed communication skills in both spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong, matured social skills and a positive demeanor toward work.
• Validated effective approach to work and achieving results.
• Quick learner with a strong team-working spirit.
• Work experience in international and multi-cultural environment.
• Experience of Concur/other expense reimburse systems.
• Experience of JDE, Coupa and Kyriba are a plus.
• Japanese language: Business level
