As aCustomerServiceCoordinator, you will:

• Provide professional and responsive support toourpatientsand customers to ensure a positive experience in fulfilling and delivering orders, this could be pricing queries, product complaints.

• Effectivelyresolve issues through phone and email communications, adapting to fluctuations in the volume of incoming inquiries

• Collaborate cross-functionally within Baxter to more deeply engage customers regarding our products and enhance the overall customer experience

• Adhere to the stocktake schedule and ensure orders are processed in time to meet delivery lead times

• Identifying challenges and resolving solutions

• Provides ourpatientsand partners with the most immediate and high-quality first interaction

• Excellent written English
