​This position is a member of the Safety Operations team within Global Patient Safety (GPS) andserves as a subject matter expert and may manage one area within the Safety Operations team. The team lead will oversee daily functions and serve as a facilitator and liaison between management andthe team members.​

Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication

Collaborative interpersonal skills to foster a team environment

Ability to work independently under strict deadlines and changing priorities

Ability to multitask and prioritize changing workload for self and others            

Ability to establish priorities for self and others and proceed with objectives

Excellent knowledge of Global Safety Database (e.g., Argus, ARISg)

Medical and clinical knowledge

Education and/or Experience:

Degree in nursing, pharmacy or science degree or equivalent

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmacovigilance

Supervisory experience preferred
