Your Role at Baxter:

This position leads initiatives and develops plans to provide operational support for Baxter’s eSolutions by driving awareness, implementation, and technical support for trading partners, customers, and suppliers to expedite Baxter’s business transactions and increase operational efficiencies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with the eSolutions Manager to identify key process improvements and technical skill development opportunities.

  • Assist in the development of team success metrics and implement quality standards.

  • Initial escalation point for customer (internal & external) issues and team member assistance.

  • Assist with additional support and implementation work to ensure timely resolution of requests.

  • Lead development and documents of standard troubleshooting processes and procedures; creation and dissemination of materials for customer and stakeholder awareness and training.

  • Ensure all problems and incidents are tracked appropriately and addressed in a timely fashion in accordance with department service targets.

  • Drive collaboration with Business Systems Analysts and IT to track and resolve issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure data standards are HIPAA compliant and adhere to Baxter privacy and security policies.

  • Identify additional solutions or practices to improve the operations and activities of Baxter e-Solutions and the customer journey.

  • Participate in projects relating to Baxter’s e-Solutions and liaise with key stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with IT business partners and suppliers on key business initiatives.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • At least 1year prior work experience in support role with 1 or more years of previous customer service experience

  • Working knowledge of JDE and Renal Homecare Services and/or Baxter’s Center for Service model(s)

  • Previous experience with EDI and/or e-commerce solutions; including knowledge of ANSI X12, XML, HTML, and other languages

  • Proficiency with MS office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, process flow software, and CRM software

  • Root cause analysis

  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment, including the ability to facilitate changes in customer behavior

  • Previous experience with EDI and/or e-commerce solutions preferred including knowledge and ANSI X12, XML, HTML, and other languages

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements

  • Solid business acumen and ability to see the big picture and anticipate business needs

  • Strong technical orientation with desire to learn new technologies

  • Demonstrated analytical capability and good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to plan, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Innovative mindset with experience developing process improvement

  • Collaborative ability to work cross-functionally, as well as individually

  • Excellent telephone skills with ability to organize virtual and in-person meetings and trainings

  • Self-motivated and ability to make sound decisions balancing customer need and business impact

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 to $80,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
