Responsibilities

• Leader DevOps – As a Senior DevOps Engineer, responsible for driving and adoption of best industry practices. Create Strategy, define goals and best practices. Mentor and leadership for the team
• Team - Oversee a team of DevOps Engineers, including hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and provide feedback for the overall success of team.
• Core – Implement, manage, support and mature DevOps CI/CD Pipelines. It includes automate build, compliance, test and deployment processes for efficient, compliant and error free software delivery.
• Technology – Working knowledge in Infrastructure Management, Cloud Platforms, and DevOps Tools. This Includes Managing Infrastructure As Code, Containerization Technologies (E.G., Docker, Kubernetes), Configuration Management Tools (E.G., Ansible, Chef, Puppet), Build Tools (E.G., Jenkins)
• Stakeholder Management – Success of DevOps team is achieved when needs and priorities of key Stakeholders are aligned with the goals of team. Stakeholders include executives, product managers, developers, and Operations Teams.
• Act As A Bridge Between Technical And Non-Technical Teams, Facilitating Effective Communication And Understanding.
• Partner Management: Evaluate and Manage relationships with technology vendors and partners. Identify opportunities for collaboration and leverage external expertise to enhance DevOps capabilities and address specific needs.
• Evolve - Drive continuous improvement to enhance DevOps team, Lead and Stay lead current on industry trend and best practices, technology.

Skills & Qualifications

Devops Engineer with medical device exposure is desired, applicants with job history in other discipline are invited to apply with below requirements are meet.

General:

• 10+ Overall experience, 6+ Devops experience, 2+ Leading and managing DevOps team.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Architecture experience in solving business and technology debt 4+ years
• Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize and organize work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability work in agile and multiple team organization.
• Passionate about continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies.
• Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, tools (Jenkins, Git), processes and culture.
• Proficient in AWS Cloud, Kubernete, Microservice based DevOps orchestrations, Security (SAST and DAST) lifecycle management,  Config Management
• Experience in DevSecOps tools and integration of SecOps tools in CI – SAST, SCA and DAST
• Experience in Embedded development framework: Windows based IAR workbench and linux based Yocto distribution System.
• Proficiency in scripts and automation using Python/Groovy/powershell/Bash
• Proficiency with Cloud Environment (AWS, Azure)
• Proficient in Linux (Redhat, Centos, or Ubuntu) system administration, fluent with shell scripting
