Your role at Baxter:

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in organizing and directing warehousing, logistics, and inventory control activities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the efficient use of warehouse and equipment resources, optimizing the flow of finished goods from production to distribution. You will oversee daily operations, including staff performance, attendance, and merit assessments. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with management regarding transportation, inventory, and any other issues that may impact plant operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities of warehouse operations, including staff performance and assessments.
• Inform management promptly about transportation, warehouse, and inventory situations.
• Plan and coordinate the efficient management of materials and finished products.
• Optimize inventories and minimize excess through periodic data review and collaboration with other departments.
• Coordinate the Cycle Counting process with Finance and Manufacturing.
• Support and promote EMS projects in your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate with suppliers of maritime and air transport for timely warehouse delivery.
• Conduct operations in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have a technical or bachelor's degree in a related field such as Process Design, Industrial Design, CAD Design, Electrical, or Mechatronic. While 0 to 3+ years of related experience is preferred, we also welcome motivated individuals who are just starting their careers. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for discussing technical issues. Operational skills and knowledge of production processes and equipment are also important. Fluency in Technical English and Spanish is required.

What you'll bring:

• University Degree / Post Graduate or master studies in Supply Chain is preferable.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.
• Knowledge of local country Customs and Free Zone Laws/regulations.
• Excellent ability to supervise staff.
• Good communication and presentation management.
• Computerized management systems (PRMS / AS400, POMS), Microsoft.
• APICS Certification (preferable).
