Sr. Specialist Procurement

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is currently seeking a Sr. Specialist Procurement to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in attaining supplier resources and ensuring the successful execution of various MIP projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the flawless delivery of world-class healthcare products.

What will you be doing !

• Attain supplier resources to conduct pre-feasibility studies for MIP projects
• Coordinate suppliers with various internal teams to ensure project readiness and on-target delivery
• Lead supplier interaction with internal SMEs to solve problems and drive alignment
• Communicate project updates and highlight potential risks leadership team.

• Update project data in the system and ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and colleagues within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical procurement standards
• Follow up with suppliers after project implementation Regularly track project progress and provide updates to the Associate Director - Procurement MIP

• Prepare and present MIP Dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Work closely with teams from different departments and individuals from various locations outside India.

What will you bring in !

• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent experience
• 7~9 years of project management, planning, and organizational skills
• A proactive and motivated individual, preferably with experience in the Pharmaceuticals Industry.
• Experience in effective root cause problem solving
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong personal accountability for results and integrity
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve

• Dealing with complex and ambiguous processes related to technical, quality, and regulatory aspects
