Commercial Customer Rebates Analyst

(Commercial Excellence) - Western Europe (WEU)

Main areas for the position:

• A rebate analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data across WEU
• Supporting the following tasks:commercial customer rebates
• Work collaboratively across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams
• Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks

What will you be doing?

• Support the analytics of the WEU commercial customer rebate process
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
• Perform WEU rebate claims; work with Commercial partners for approval; work collaboratively with the Account-to-Report team in Warsaw
• Processing of rebate sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
• Provide local analytical support

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree, Bachelor's or Master's (Finance, economics preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills: MS Office Applications: (Excel, Power-Pivot, Access). Visual analytics platform: (Tableau)
• Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
