The Role

As Interactions Coordinator, you will coordinate grant and donation activities across the UK, Ireland and the Nordics. Your role will be responsible for ensuring all interaction activities are completed with applicable Baxter policies.

As well as donations Baxter provides grants to foster legitimate scientific exchange, product safety or to provide community or patient support.

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing, approving and closing requests concerning HCP (healthcare professionals) interactions in the dedicated tool/database in accordance with internal and external compliance policies.

• Identifying non-compliance issues and working with key internal teams (Research and Development, Medical Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Finance, etc) to resolve issues.

• Tracking grant and donation requests within the compliance tool (i.e. Pega) to ensure timely processing and closure.

• Providing guidance on how to apply the compliance tools (i.e. Pega) to key internal customers.

• Reviewing Target II for pending invoices to be paid and disclosure reporting in the tool.

• Collaborating with the country compliance committee meetings.

• Annual/Bi-Annual Disclosure as per local country regulation to comply with transparency obligations (e.g. ABPI).

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent speaker with high language proficiency in English and Nordic languages.

• Spanish or other European language will be an asset.

• A person with a strong customer service focus (Business-oriented)

• Phenomenal communicator experienced in enforcing compliance with company policies.

• Prior experience and working knowledge of ABPI, EFPIA, Medtech code and local country transparency regulations are an added advantages.

• Working knowledge of information systems such as Pega, JD Edwards and Concur is a plus.

• An advisor with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (being proactive/ organized/rigorous /versatile/able to analyze a situation/a problem in complete autonomy to determine the actions to be taken or to be improved).

• Educational qualifications in finance are desirable but not necessary.
