Summary

Saving and sustaining lives by ensuring the stability of our Global Supply Chain planning system to ensure on-time product availability to satisfy demand from our customers.

The selected candidate will work alongside a team of business process authorities and experienced RapidResponse developers. The person will use industry standards to optimize our system architecture and help our customers solve sophisticated business issues with elite solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Being responsible for the architecture of all supply planning functionalities in RapidResponse: (~450 users spread globally).

  • Optimizing resources to improve system performance and facilitate system maintenance.

  • Finding opportunities and working with relevant teams to optimize and bring outstanding user experience in RapidResponse.

  • Handling requests for new functionalities to support the deployment of RapidResponse to new sites.

  • Crafting & configuring different resources like automation, scheduled tasks, workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, etc.

  • Developing strategies to solve sophisticated technical challenges.

  • Assisting in the management and delivery of large/mid/small-size projects.

  • Contributing to the continuous development of your own and team’s technical competence.

  • Providing 3rd level of user support for all RapidResponse functionalities.

Who we are looking for

  • An authority with business knowledge of Supply Chain operation and planning processes such as: demand planning including statistical forecasting, master production planning & line load scheduling including capacity planning, material requirement planning, distribution planning and S&OP.

  • A person with deep knowledge of RapidResponse Analytics (hands-on experience in any of the planning engines (Optimizer, Heuristic etc.) and expertise in Workbook development) and overall RapidResponse knowledge of Data Integration & Data Model (data modification, Control Table Configuration, data mapping…).

  • An analyst with a critical-thinking approach, proactive, and responsible with a problem-solving attitude.

  • A person skilled at multitasking, and able to address various demand streams simultaneously.

Education And / Or Experience

  • Proficient English speaker.

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, IT or Supply Chain Management or equivalent level by career with at least 5 years experience in planning & information systems.

  • Experience in RapidResponse: Kinaxis RapidResponse Administration Level 1 & Author Level 1 certifications (or Integration Consultant level 1); or equivalent by 3-5 years of experience.

  • APICS certification will be a plus.
