Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. We are seeking a driven and accomplished Rep Sales professional to join our team at Baxter Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be located between Amsterdam and Rotterdam and will be responsible for achieving revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative objectives for assigned products within their geographical area.
What you'll do
The Rep Sales professional will be responsible for achieving revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative objectives for assigned products within their geographical area. This includes managing day-to-day relationships with assigned customers, planning visits, building and developing professional long-term customer relationships, and preparing, implementing, and reviewing targeted account plans aligned with Baxter's commercial policies.
The candidate will plan and prepare for each customer visit, record outcomes, propose and provide customers with appropriate solutions, communicate all relevant information, acquire new customers, capture and maintain all relevant sales and customer data, and gather and share market intelligence and competitor activities to help anticipate competitive moves.
The candidate will maintain presence in all existing and target customers, take care of customer complaints and implement corrective actions, continuously assess the market for new customers/opportunities/risks for Baxter products, deliver input for budget and forecast discussions, present Baxter products and their advantages, coordinate and distribute promotional material, contribute to the tender management process, participate in customer events, provide customer training and support, work closely with the Marketing Manager, Key Account Managers, and other Clinical Sales Representatives, operate at an expert level of knowledge in the therapy and product area, lead and coordinate all functions required to set up a new account, lead product demos when trained and proficient, and maintain and build knowledge level on Advanced Surgery products and related therapy areas.
What you'll bring :
- Bachelor’s degree required. Scientific or medical / paramedical degree
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience within Healthcare Industry / Hospital environment / medical sales – Preferably medical devices
- Proven track records in Sales is an asset
- Fluency in Dutch and English. Any other European language is a contributed asset.
- Hunter with strong drive for results
- Discernment of Hospital environment and/or medical devices
- Teammate but also independent and self-motivated
- Problem solving skills
- Strong communicator, verbal and non-verbal
