Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

We are currently searching for a Sales Representative in the area of Lisbon for our Advanced Surgery team. As a Sales Rep you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and deliver on sales and profit targets and selling interactions to our Healthcare customers.
What you'll be doing
- Provide clinical, financial and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
- Educate Healthcare professionals to ensure take up of company products to optimize patient outcomes.
- Build, implement and review territory business plans that are aligned to a national strategy and identify and act upon local opportunities. Use of CRM system to support planning, sequential selling and territory analyses.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships to grow existing business base by differentiating solutions clinically and financially versus the competition.
- Negotiate consistent and transparent pricing to secure long term profitable and sustainable sales/market presence, including driving the tender management process,
- Forecast and analyze sales and market data and market.
What you'll bring
- Validated sales experience in the Healthcare industry, being Hospital sales experience required.
- Knowledge of hospital dynamics and decision path, capital funding mechanisms
- Knowledge of tenders/deal structuring
- Ability to handle complex long sales cycles across the breadth of the decision-making unit
- Individual and group selling skills, as well effectively navigating a variety of customer types through the sales cycle
- Creative attitude to thrive in a fast paced and constantly challenging environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities
