Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staging materials for production line usage, material loading for assembly machines, packing of sub-assembly to the storage area.  
• Perform Line Clearance prior to change of production batch or code.  
• Perform as operator when required.  
• Equipment cleaning includes replacing or removing materials during code changes and cleaning conveyor belts, air nozzles, filters, and other product contact surface.   
• Complete and update daily production material log -  material recording of components numbers, batch numbers, discard and  scrap.  
• Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.  
• Maintain good inventory control by ensuring all inventory transactions are transacted accurately and update material log at timely manner.  
• Applying First-In, First-Out (FIFO) concept for material usage.  
• Perform regular inventory count, such as monthly cycle count, annual physical count.
• Perform loading/unloading and assist Technicians

Qualifications/ Education:

• Primary/ Sec 2/ Sec 4 or equivalent

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• Primary education with experience
• Simple mathematics - addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
• Language proficiency: English
• PC knowledge
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/ Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred
• Ability to operate material handling equipment eg. forklift, power truck is preferred
