Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply Lean Manufacturing concepts (8 wastes) to support Daily Production activities and manage average 2 to 3 machines group to meet desired output target and product quality.
• Apply Total Preventive Maintenance methodology to sustain machines performance. Perform machine start-up challenge, operate machine, manage material top up and manage products packaging, transferring and machines cleaning per written procedures.
• Apply Root Cause Analysis for problem solving. Perform basic machines troubleshooting, clear jammed sets and reset machine errors.
• Responsible to comply with EHS procedures, GMP, 6s, and regulaotry requirements, implement continous improvement ideas via Hazards and Kaizen identification.

Qualifications/Education:

• Secondary 2 or equivalent
• ITE Nitec Engineering Certificate.

Skill Set and/or Experience:

• More than 2 years technical related experience.
