Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a team of developers focused on model-based engineering to develop and implement advanced solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex mathematical models and simulations.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of models into product development.
• Drive the development of innovative algorithms and software tools.
• Conduct thorough analysis and validation of models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in model-based development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in model-based development and simulation.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in thriving within a dynamic and time-sensitive work environment.
• Strong motivation to excel and thrive in the industry.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $128,000 - $176,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
