Overview

• Consider and find an opportunity to reduce supply chain costs Plan and execute projects
• Review and improve existing supply chain process
• Plan our freight budget and contribute to the improvement of budget accuracy by making highly logical budget formulation and forecast analysis.
• Conduct appropriate Hillrom warehouse management and review current process.
• Vendor (3PL) management

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement especially effective supply chain optimization projects (e.g., warehouse-slotting, route planning), ensuring detailed execution.
• As a project leader, coordinate closely with related departments, solving problems promptly to complete projects successfully.
• Review existing supply chain processes and make elite improvements based on detailed assessments.
• Plan our freight budget and chip in to the improvement of budget accuracy by making highly logical budget formulations and forecast analyses.
• Conduct regular evaluations of vendors with other groups and take driven measures to improve vendor performance levels.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and offer mentorship on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Provide advice and instructions for other members, supporting their execution of work confidently and effectively.
• Handle Hillrom's warehouse vendor, ensuring accurate and smooth warehouse operations to challenge at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in all aspects of warehouse and freight logistics.
• Extensive knowledge of the logistics industry.
• Strong English interpersonal skills to build smooth relationships with collaborators both within and outside the company.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with vendors, related personnel, and collaborators.
• Excellent analytical insight and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in OA skills, particularly Excel.
