Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. ・関連法規に即した新規手順書の作成、改訂を実施する

・上長のサポートを得ながら社内スタッフに関連法規・社内手順に関わるトレーニングを提供する

・製品・各種システムを正しく理解し、出荷手配、登録業務を遂行する

・業務マニュアルを理解し、内容に即した対応を実践し、業態管理者として部内オペレーションに関わる問題点を発見した場合は、必要に応じて適切な改善提案を行う

・業務スケジュールの作成をし、優先順位をつけて業務を効率的に遂行する

・個人情報を適切に取り扱い、規定に沿ったファイリング・文書管理を実践する

・部内の KPIを理解し、グループ内の取り組みに参加すると共に達成のために自己でも積極的な活動を実践する

Qualifications求められる経験・スキル・知識

・薬剤師免許

・医療・医薬業界の商習慣・薬機法等の知識

・基本的な PCスキル

・社内外の関係者と円滑な関係を築くコミュニケーションスキル
