Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Work alongside senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and corporate vision.
  • Drive and lead HR overall processes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business operations to provide tailored HR solutions that drive performance and engagement.
  • Implement and/or drive HR programs and initiatives eg. Promotions, A.C.E check-ins and TRPs.

Employee Relations

  • Manage day-to-day Employee Relations, staffing and compensation.
  • Act as a mediator in employee relations issues, working to resolve conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Work with management and legal team to develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively and adhered to across the organization.
  • Facilitate channels for employees to provide feedback and suggestions and work to address their concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

Talent Management

  • Collaborate with managers to establish clear performance expectations, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Lead competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment, ensuring that recruitment, development, and retention practices are fair and inclusive for all employees.
  • Support leadership development initiatives to cultivate future leaders within the organization.

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare and present reports on HR initiatives, employee engagement, and other key metrics to Sr. HR Manager.
  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, with a demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that are compliant and effective.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and mentor HR team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive HR strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business leaders to align HR strategies with the organization's overall objectives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Number of years of experience: 5 to 8 years
