Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

Summary

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our Technical services inside sales team. The Technical Inside Sales Representative will identify new service selling opportunities, including Service Contracts, Packages and parts. Representative will be communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to successfully sell services and meet targets.

The Inside Sales Representative should also as technical knowledge in water treatment systems for hemodialysis as it will be responsible also to manage these kinds of sales of new installations. This position will be also responsible to manage the project of these kind of sales since the first approach to customer till the delivery of the project to the customer after the full installation.

To be successful in this role you should be able to build instant report and achieve customer satisfaction. TS Inside Sales Representative should also be very innovative and a good listener. Cold-calling and heated negotiations on the phone with customer should not be unknown to you. As Inside Sales Representative you master the commercial process for selling services. SFDC is the most important tool you will be using at daily base.

It will be needed to meet customers face to face for negotiations or finding new customers as well should be present during the implementation / installation of WT projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Selling Services such as Service contracts, Parts and associated service packages.
  • Selling and managing new projects / installations related to the water treatment systems for hemodialysis
  • Communicating and understanding customers needs and identifying services and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to get market insights

  • Explaining and demonstrating features of service packages and value proposition.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling service packages and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing service sales targets and keeping a health pipeline of opportunities.
  • Working closing with Cluster heads to align on progress and sales in the country’s organization to have a common approach while targeting key accounts.
  • Ensuring all opportunities are tracked as well maintaining on daily base to have full visibility of negotiation stages.
  • Responsible to accomplish the sales in compliance with budget and forecast

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in selling service and consumables
  • High school diploma in Engineering. College degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Technical knowledge on Medical Devices
  • Strong organization capabilities to manage projects
  • Strong sales knowledge and abilities

  • Team Spirit
  • Languages Required: Spanish, English (Portuguese good to have)
  • Availability to travel across Spain and Portugal (40% of total time)
