• On time delivery to customers goingaboveandbeyond with regards to Quality & Delivery.
• Fully trained and motivated workforce ensuring they carry out their duties to the required Baxter standards.
• Managementofthe monthly budget against achallengingbalance score card.
• Drive a zero lost time injury culture using proactive tools (Safety Observations) and drive a safety culture within the organisation
• Drive improvements through process capability enhancements.
• Maintain and improve on the Baxter Tiered Meetings approach.
• Ensure day to day governance and disciplines to pharmaceutical and regulatory standards are adhered to cGMP and Audit Ready behaviours.
• Initiating NCR / CAPAs with full support for investigations in collaboration with the Quality team.
• Drive effective problemsolving and support on time closure all NCR / SNCR /CAPA
• Promote employee engagement and Best Place to Work (BPTW)
• Create a multi skilled workforce to aid business stability.
• Provision of monthly reporting data.
• Coach and mentor employees to ensure effective performance in their roles.
• Promoting and driving a continuous improvementculture with quantifiable Year On Year savings.
