Job Responsibilities

Assists in the production of pharmaceutical products, including filling, packing, and labeling.

Maintains equipment and machinery to ensure proper function and minimize downtime.

Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records to ensure product quality and consistency.

Participates in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Collaborates with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe work environment.

Acts as a line leader, encouraging team members, regulating break rotations and coordinating efforts based on management intent.

Adheres to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Learn, understand and apply rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur.

Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and equipment.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.
