Como miembro del equipo de ventas de Baxter, estará alineado con una de nuestras unidades de negocios globales y será responsable de nuevos negocios, desarrollando cuentas existentes y garantizando un enfoque centrado en el paciente en todas sus transacciones. Trabajará dentro de un área geográfica asignada o con cuentas específicas para lograr o superar objetivos personales y comerciales, todo en pos de nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas. En el puesto de ventas, tendrá la oportunidad de brindar información sobre nuevos mercados y productos, gestionar las inquietudes de los clientes y colaborar con otros equipos.

As a Demand Gneeration Sr Mgr, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence. Your goal is to ensure, through the appropriate design, implementation and monitoring of commercial strategies, the fulfilment of annual sales objectives defined for the assigned business unit; promoting the efficiency, development, motivation and competitiveness of the team under their charge. As well as generate demand through the leadership of Specialists in charge, defining key accounts by territory, providing mentor and support in the negotiation with responsible medical and administrative staff, as well as the definition of plans to strengthen or modify practices that favor the generation of demand

What you'll be doing

  • Design, implement and supervise commercial strategies that ensure compliance with the annual sales budget assigned your business line and define the commission plan together with the Channel Management and Commercial Management
  • Align and guarantee the execution of the strategic plans of the business assigned
  • Build long-term relationships with key customers by generating innovative solutions that meet their economic and clinical needs
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with decision makers, demonstrating the benefits of the Baxter portfolio, guaranteeing profitability and generating value for customers.
  • Coordinate customer access with Medical Affairs and Market Access according to the strategy of business line in charge
  • Actively participate in meetings and/or processes related to sales, credit and collections and Build and validate the sales dedication (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) and identify the funnel of opportunities
  • Ensure adequate management of objectives, strategies and critical metric monitoring to ensure the fulfillment of goals and the timely implementation of plans as well as mentoring with each Specialist for time distribution in work activities to achieve a balance that fosters accountability, teamwork and empathy, and document the process.
  • Identify Baxter's compliance and legal risks in the country/cluster

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, administration, international business orrelated area
  • Proven experience of more than 10+ years working in sales strategy and demand generation across healthcare portfolios
  • Expert in demand generation for B2B business and negotiations directly with hospitals
