Your role at Baxter.

Main objective of the position:

The Sr. Manger, Fulfillment Operational Excellence & Commercial Enablement, is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing fulfillment operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, drive continuous improvements, and align Fulfillment strategies to support Commercial growth and initiatives. The role will lead the idea generation and execution of $20M+ (5% Cost Reduction) in annual Margin Improvement and Value Capture projects.

As a Senior Manager you will be able to lead others and contribute to the professional development of our collaborators while contributing to our mission of saving and sustaining lives.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, production, inventory management, and distribution, to meet business objectives.
• Conduct detailed analyses of current supply chain operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement plans to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives, maximising best practices, automation, and technology solutions.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance, identify trends, and proactively address areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the supply chain team and a direct team of 2-3, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management, and incorporate relevant advancements into our operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights into supply chain performance, initiatives, and recommendations for improvement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Fulfillment and Commercial organizations, ensuring alignment of goals and priorities
  

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
•  8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and inspire change in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
•  Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Healthcare proven experience a plus
