Vantive: A New Company Built On Our Legacy

Baxter is on a journey to separate our ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company. Vantive* will build on our nearly 70-year legacy in acute therapies and home and in-center dialysis to provide best-in-class care to the people we serve. *Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

Develop hospital products business in existing geographies by expanding the HP portfolio.

· Mian interface with governmental institutions e.g. PCH in Algeria.

· Strong experience in tender management

· Prepare, implement and review sales operating plans which identify likely revenue and number growth in accordance with business plans.

· Achieve all sales, financial and customer targets in line with the business and personal objectives.

· Coach, develop, motivate, support and lead the distributor sales team.

· Lead and manage through planning process for own area of responsibility.

· Constantly look for ways to improve sales efficiency while implementing tools to manage its performance.

· Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers while keeping them fully informed about Baxter products & therapies.

· Ensure customer needs are wholly met guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

· Own customer issues and ensure all parties and team members are kept informed of relevant information, in order to enhance customer loyalty and revenue generation.

· Capture and maintain relevant sales and customer data.

· Promote Baxter Healthcare products, therapies and services to key decision makers

· Provide input into budgetary and planning processes and monitor performance against budget, taking appropriate action to address any variances

· Co-operate closely with Marketing, Sales Support and Customer Service in order to reach full customer satisfaction & the set targets

· Achievement of revenue and profit targets.

· Control of relevant budgets
