Your Role at Baxter

As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the On-Demand Services Division’s e-commerce strategy and execution to drive growth, optimize customer experience, and increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to achieve operational and financial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve growth targets and optimize customer experience.
• Analyze current legacy solutions
• Build cases to drive profitable investments in the e-commerce platform (features, capabilities, etc.)
• Conduct regular competitive analysis to find opportunities for differentiation and improved customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment with e-commerce objectives & ensure success.
• Manage the e-commerce website, including product listings, pricing, and site layout and design (pictures / videos / Field Actions / Service Manuals / Depot ordering & tracking)

What You'll Bring:

• Experience working with a Parts organization and/or ISO
• Familiarity e-commerce analytics tools required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in e-commerce software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management required.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles, digital marketing, and the online sales process.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually.

The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
