AsProjects Specialistat Baxter, you will be at the forefront of engineering excellence in the heart of Haina and other Baxter plants. What you will do at Baxter:

• Provide clear direction on projects related to material component changes and product design to meet the expectations of customers and collaborators.
• Lead large teams in defining program strategies, developing goals, assigning project tasks, and ensuring the team meets all goals.
• Provide program updates and conduct reviews with all levels of management.
• Use project management tools to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with line managers and other manufacturing leaders.
• Set project strategies, schedules, resource alignment, and financial analysis.
• Approve team deliverables for project completion.
• Provide technical support in all phases of product manufacturing.

What will bring!

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or Chemistry (preferred).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in: Compatibility and comparability studies, Formulation experience Filtration experience/expertise, Terminal sterilization (Steam/Gamma/eBeam), Plastics expertise (PVC, polycarbonates, etc), Packaging engineering Transport validation.
• Knowledge of Procurement processes (highly preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be proficient in project management tools and possess knowledge of related fields.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification (preferred).
• Capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience, as well as project management tools.
• Proficiency in crafting and implementing projects/studies outside the area of expertise.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
