TheEMEA Fulfillment Finance Managerrole is responsible for supporting the EMEA Region Fulfillment teams within the Integrated Supply Chain Organization (ISC), Commercial Segment Teams as well as other partners within Baxter. Post-spin this position will support KidneyCo and the associated Regional Fulfillment team. The role manages financial processes related to Fulfillment including LBE, Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Financial Plans with opportunities to support special projects and ad-hoc analysis, collaborates closely with the ISC FP&A COE (owning process and system).

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering across ISC and Commercial Segments to ensure short, mid and long-term financial commitments are achieved; or proactive communication occurs when not.

  • Collaborating with Project teams and support with modeling, providing recommendations, challenging key assumptions for major initiatives for ISC. Implementing practical and effective solutions with no established precedent.

  • Defining and presenting opportunities to improve both fixed and variable cost exist and influence organization to implement savings through MIP requiring a deep understanding of fulfillment cost composition.

  • Managing planning and reporting processes in collaboration with the ISC FP&A COE, leading efficiently weekly and/or monthly financial outlook on present performance to budget and forecast, work cross-functionally within and across the global ISC and commercial teams to identify and develop actions to recover financial misses.

  • Initiating and driving improvements and simplification in collaboration with ISC FP&A COE.

  • Building strong partnerships across Baxter’s P&F Operations, Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, Corporate Reporting, Corporate Accounting organizations to ensure financial process requirements are achieved. Partnering in the S&OP process to achieve corporate cash flow objectives related to inventory and driving programs to manage efficiently inventory levels.

We are looking for:

  • Financial expert capable of being a reliable business partner with at least 5 years of experience in the international environment.

  • Experience person in supply chain management.

  • Person with strong communication skills and the ability to build efficient collaboration with global business partners.

  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities familiar with accounting processes and business needs.

  • Individual with time management and influencing skills to drive initiatives and a strong commitment to working cross-functionally, managing multiple priorities.

  • In terms of education: a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field is required.

  • Proficient English speaker.
