Your role at Baxter

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a key component on boosting Baxter's culture for decision-making based on data and facts. You will be accountable for BI (Business Intelligence) in its entirety regarding the organization of bases related to sales and marketing, in order to provide the accurate information at the right time. You will also provide advisory support in the definitions, strategies and construction of information that supports the business in advising, building and supervising critical metrics through an information system coordinated with the needs of the business

What you'll be doing

• Ad hoc projects and analyses to assist in the decision of key questions and/or generation of insights;

• Support to the Marketing Business Plan, acting actively in the market mapping and definition of market potential;

• Construction of reports in BI tools (preferably Tableau);

• Management of database providers to ensure accuracy and delivery on time;

• Hiring and conducting market research;

• Support in market segmentation analyses;

• Automation of reports ensuring the accurate update in a timely manner;

• Competitor analysis and mapping.

What you'll bring

Degree in areas such as Administration, Marketing, Mathematical or Statistical sciences or Health.

At least 5 years of proven experience in market or business intelligence activities described above.

Good knowledge at:

• Sales Force Effectiveness (Productivity, CRM, Performance)

• Digital Transformation: up-to-date comprehension of the Agile model and its applications, as well as notions of information integration to facilitate the use of information by the end user

• Strategic marketing: marketing expertise to assist the business with new visions and strategic possibilities

Tools:

• Tableau – intermediary expertise required;

• Excel – Sophisticated knowledge required;

• Other CRM Platforms: intermediary understanding required;

• Nice to have: Access, SQL, Statistical Tools, SalesForce.com.

Languages:

• Sophisticated english required;

• Desirable intermediary expertise in Spanish.
