The Production Supervisor coordinates the final inspection and packing of the Viaflex product using highly sophisticated automated equipment.  They monitor the activities of team members and machinery to pack the required amount of product at the least cost, consistent with quality standards and specifications. The position is responsible for the cleaning of the equipment and facility in this area. Utilize Baxter’s Shared Commitment’s as a framework to lead their team and help drive a high performing culture.

-Midnight Shift Supervisor is also responsible for supporting the Weekend Night shift 2300hrs – 1100hrs.
