The Job
Responsible for coordinating and administrative supporting of technical service activities for all lines of medical devices mainly in Czech Republic


1. Coordinate and maintain service requests and support administratively TS activities for all Baxter medical devices, with scope depending of model.


2. Fill and update dedicated CRM & ERP systems (JDE, OUT (GSP), Coupa etc)

Manage logistics and swap of devices from customers to service centers


3. Coordinate commercial/financial process in TS:

Customers negotiations

Calculations and commercial offers preparations

Service contracts administration, invoicing etc

Support cluster commercial projects and initiatives

Manage sales allocation process


4. Local Spare parts stock management:

Ordering and receiving parts process

Communication with suppliers and other Baxter departments

Maintain all supporting procedures (keeping requirements, Hold, Discard, etc)


5. Other responsibilities:

Execute all other administrative tasks with regards to TS activities;

General office duties

Organize, coordinate, document and archive all TS information/files

Gathering statistics and information for tenders

Serve as point of contact for other departments (regional TS, finance, sales etc)

Support regional projects, initiatives and processes (KPI, EMS etc)

Manage monthly meeting with commercial team to update related TS activities

Support all requirement of Quality system and TS procedures

Monthly performance report and other reports

Additional projects as necessary, may include support to Baxter offices in other countries

Complaints management

Other tasks by request of management


Who you are

- holder of secondary school diploma

- speaker of English at least at B1 level

- you have experience in administrative position for 2+ years
