The Medication Delivery business unit includes infusion system hardware & software, disposable devices, large and small volume parenteral fluids, and irrigation solutions.  Baxter's ability to provide an integrated offering including differentiated products and services, is a core part of our value proposition.


The core responsibility of the Marketing Manager, IV Solutions portfolio is the accelerated market uptake and growth of the portfolio by developing, advocating and implementing clinically and technically focused marketing and sales program. The Marketing Manager has responsibility for the overall life cycle management of the portfolio.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Owns and leads the creation of marketing strategies, branding, positioning and portfolio direction based on market insights

• Responsible for the achievement of the financial growth targets for portfolio

• Responsible for key product launches 

• Creates innovative programs aimed at growing the portfolio

• Collaborates with Global Marketing and Franchise Leads to ensure alignment and synergies

• Identifies future advocacy strategic needs

• Owns relationships with influential KOLs/organizations

• Leverages KOLs and Advocates to enhance marketing programs and franchise strategy

• Transforms market information into insights for strategy development

• Product and therapy subject matter expert



• Ability to assess market trends, financial information, customer needs and competitive intelligence data. Proficient in using analytics to develop sound business cases

• Skills in the areas of pricing, messaging, branding, and creative product/program development

• Solid business acumen and project management

• Strong results orientation

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or sales in healthcare space

• MBA desired, Bachelor’s degree required, science or business

• Clinical experience/background desired

• Experience developing and launching a medical device is strongly preferred

• Moderate business travel required
