Description

  • Calendar management of team members
  • Organize team meetings/Telepresence/calls
  • Organize business trips of team members and process expenses, issuing VISAs
  • Creation of Purchase Orders in COUPA
  • Follow up on monthly accruals and process legal invoices
  • Collect signatures for Swiss Baxter entities
  • Prepare documents for notarization/legalization/apostil processes
  • Order corporate documents such as AHV Payment Confirmation, Good Standing Certificate, VAT (Evidence of Registration as a taxpayer), Tax Payment Confirmation, Certified Commercial Register extracts, Proof of pension payment, etc.
  • Manage the Ethics & Compliance database
    • Local Governance
    • Global E&C SharePoint
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for E&C Updates to CEO, Board of Directors and Sr Leadership meetings
  • Point of contact for Baxter Confidential Disclosure agreement (CDA)
  • Responsible for legal archive for Swiss entities
  • Responsible for PWC/Finance audit requests of Swiss legal entities (SOX control Matrix, legal documentation for PWC audit purposes, Execution of documentation for financial annual report, lawyer’s letters)
 
 

Qualifications

  • Experienced assistant with an open mind
  • Experienced with Sr Leadership
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach
  • Spotting work, and tackling tasks independently
  • Fluent in English and good in German
  • Very good at Power point
  • Willing to take on matters typical for a Legal/Ethics &Compliance Department
