The Role
As a Production Training Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating training and development within the Production department at the Baxter Sandyford Compounding Facility.
 
Responsibilities
  • Performing training gap analysis for the operations team and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversight of training performance and influencing of same.
  • Management of new starts to include induction training and preparation of training module/ packs.
  • Coordinate new starter requirements in relation to system access.
  • Maintenance of personnel training files.
  • Subject Matter Expert on Isotrain system.
  • Production support as required.

Qualifications

  • Third level qualification, preferably in a relevant discipline (Science, Training, Education, Management)
  • Strong relevant training experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, particularly compounding is advantageous.
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication and ability to tailor message to different audiences.
  • Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner.
