Baxter's Clinical Nutrition Business operates in more than 75 countries, driving ~$1B in sales for the organization.  Local business models are often complex, requiring unique product portfolios and significant commercial and clinical support to our customers.


The Global Marketing Team is responsible for the global management of our business, including all aspects of the product lifecycle (from new product idea generation to product launches to product end-of-life management).  As we prepare for the next 24-36 months, our team will be launching a significant number of new products globally, and will be responsible for driving effective campaigns, educational programs & support, and customer intimacy to ensure maximum benefit to the organization and our customers.


The Global Marketing Manager role will be a key player to ensure successful market share capture for our base business and soon-to-launch portfolio expansions.  The position will be responsible for leading our Professional Educational & Marketing programs (iCAN, webinars, etc.), measuring program success and driving future program innovations, building upon and expanding our recently launched CRM platform, and will play a supporting role to capture customer insights via advisory boards and market research initiatives, pilot launch programs, financial reporting, and other ad-hoc opportunities.


The team member will report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Marketing, Clinical Nutrition and be given the opportunity to grow their career significantly - both within the Nutrition team and the broader Baxter organization.  They will have the opportunity to interface with broad teams, including country, regional, and global marketers, cross-functional partners in legal, regulatory, medical affairs, program management, compliance, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field required
